a walkthough of Daimunro

BAM!
base sketch - colour flats - Inner lines
Minor shades/ Highights - added Levels - alternate INVERT

working inverted from the beginning was a fun little challenge. very fun!

This blog shall not ever be neglected again.

So you go from rough sketch to flat colours and then line work over top?

I figured most people go rough-tight line work then flats.

Are these in order?

When working 100% digitally, I do this method.

When traditional is involed, then yes, ruogh, clean lines, flats underneath is the method.
